Self Expression Painting Class

I had a great time yesterday delivering my “Self Expression Painting Course” at the Factory Fusion Hub in Lagos.

My two lovely “students”, E. and A., totally immersed themselves in the search for their emotions and were able to convey them on the canvas.

 We also looked at some meaningful artworks of well known artists to reflect on the feelings they wanted to convey to us and, most of all, to recognise and embrace the wave of emotions that we felt when looking at them.

It was great to share our life stories and inspire each other

 These lovely ladies managed to produced two fantastic pieces of art that reflected their current moods.

 It was a great privilege for me to guide them on this journey, and I am looking forward to hosting more sessions!
