On the 28th March I delivered a one to one Self Expression Painting Class to a lovely lady in Lagos. It was great to be able to dedicate myself fully to this lady's emotional journey - not only she managed to paint her feelings and emotions, but was able to depict her wishes and intentions for the future :)

On Saturday 14th March I had the pleasure to deliver my "Self Expression Painting Class" to these amazing four ladies. It was a privilege to see them connect with their inner emotions and pour their hearts out into a canvas. The results were four unique, original and vibrant artworks. A truly great experience :)

At the end of February, I hosted another "Self Expression Painting Class", this time at Bloom Inspo in Sao Bras de Alportel. I had a great time yesterday delivering my “Self Expression Painting Course” at the Factory Fusion Hub in Lagos. My two lovely “students”, E. and A., totally immersed themselves in the search for their emotions and were able to convey them on the canvas.  We also looked at some meaningful artworks of well known artists to reflect on the feelings they wanted to convey to us and, most of all, to recognise and embrace the wave of emotions that we felt when looking at them.
